Does express mean I will receive it within 7 days?
No. The 5–7 days refer to production. Shipping time is additional and depends on the shipping method and destination.
How do I choose express production?
Start your order on the portrait product page. Available express options are shown during the ordering process.
How long does standard production take?
Usually about 2–4 weeks. The subject, size, number of people, photo quality and necessary discussion can affect the timeline.
Can you combine several photos or people?
Yes. People and pets from separate photos can be brought together. For a more complex composition, we discuss your wishes before drawing.
Is a preview included with express orders?
New custom portrait orders include a free preview by email after production and before shipping.
Can you check my delivery date before I order?
Yes. Send your photo, destination and preferred date on WhatsApp. A fixed arrival date is not automatically guaranteed.
We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, France, Poland, Italy, Spain and Belgium. Shipping costs and options depend on your address and are shown at checkout.
A free shipping option is available in Germany. Checkout shows the shipping methods and costs available for your address. For deliveries outside Germany, confirm timing and costs before placing a time-sensitive order.
